HICID®
HICID® is a low-foaming acid cleaner, specially intended to remove mineral deposits in drinking water system in agricultural and Horticulture premises.

Equipment to be treated:
Water lines in agricultural and horticultural premises
Soils to be removed:
Mineral deposits and hard water scale
Use procedure:
Prepare a solution of HICID® and circulate in the cleaning system
Concentration:
Between 1% to 5% (10 ml to 50 ml / litre of water) Use 1% for continuous
recirculation
Temperature:
Between 50C to 700C (600F to 1580F)
Dwell time/Operation time:
8 to 16 hours. For continuous recirculation: 1 hour
Rinsing:
Rinse well with potable water.
Cleaning Cool Cells
With pump on, add HICID® @ 10 ml of per liter of water, into the sump tank. Allow maximum circulation of treatment through the pads for 1 - 3 hours. Wash pads with hose or a poultry hose washer. Drain all water from the system including reservoirs, sump tank and filters. Refill the tank with clean water.
Storage
Store in original container below 25°C. In a dry well ventilated area away from sources of heat or ignition. Protect from direct sunlight.
