Fighting GERMS is an ongoing need, Research and development is so much more than just breakthroughs. It's a long, complex process for evolving discoveries into safe, effective solutions to the world's bio security challenges. Narouva's R&D group takes an open innovation approach. We believe sharing knowledge throughout the company, and with outside partners is the best way to reach our end goal: creating value for customers.
Our own R&D resources are further enhanced by collaborations with the Group’s worldwide network of suppliers, industrial partners, and independent institutes
We focus our efforts in core areas where we believe Narouva is best positioned to bring unique, premium products to our customers to maximise the health, wellbeing and lifecycle of animals. Today our pipeline is comprised of over 20 new and innovative projects.
Responsible Working Practices
Recognizing the potential impact of our business on employees, the public, and the natural world, NAROUVA has a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) group dedicated to such matters as:
- Energy-saving and resource-conserving practices across our operations, from offices to labs to production sites
- Advanced on-site technologies to contain and minimize chemical and biological waste and its impact
- Training employees in safety protocols and equipping them to protect themselves and their colleagues
- Open communication with customers, communities, and public officials to ensure ongoing health and safety
