Barrier or film-forming dips are used post-milking to create barrier covering the teat stopping bacteria from collecting on the teat or entering the canal. It is important to ensure these products are fully removed before the next milking.

Teat Dipping: For teat dipping, the product should be used direct from the container without dilution. Fill a teat dipping cup two thirds full with IODO POST®. Immediately after each cow has been milked, dip each teat in the solution ensuring that the entire surface of the teat comes in contact with the solution. Refill the cup as necessary. Teat cups should be emptied after milking and washed before reuse. Wash teats before next milking.
Due to the viscous nature of this product IODO POST® is not suitable for use through a spray machine.
Store in the original container below 25°C. In a dry well-ventilated area away from sources of heat or ignition. Protect from direct sunlight.
